Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Made 4 orders. Lights came in boxes that are protected by foam. Very happy none of the light bulbs were damaged. Good packaging. 2 spare bulbs per box. Happy with purchase.

Super light bulbs! Very soft light. Straight as it should! I advise you to remove the bulbs before hanging the gerlyanda. The bulbs are very fragile. The parcel arrived in 4 days! Unfortunately, when transportation, one bulb broke down. Put in each box of 2 spare lamps. Hung at the cottage, see how long they will serve. In any case, a set of spare lamps is needed.
