This controller has basic control and protect functions, and provide low voltage charging function. the battery could be charged under low speed wind.
It ‘s 12V/24V system auto recognizing.

This controller has basic control and protect functions, and provide low voltage charging function. the battery could be charged under low speed wind.
It allows solar panel input, default solar capacity is 200W, Optional solar capacity could reach 1000W maximum.
It ‘s 12V/24V system auto recognizing.
It has 2 DC outputs, 12A each.
It has 2 setting buttons which could check and modify the controller parameters.(only for experienced technicians).
there is also TL232 port. with a cable (TL232 to USB), the controller parameters could be modified on computer .(only for experienced technicians). (the cable needs additional cost)

Warranty And Return

1. The product warranty period is within 1 year after purchase. (Damage caused by dismantling, manual damage, etc. is not covered by the warranty).

2. If the buyer finds that there is indeed a problem with the product within seven days after receiving the product, buyer could applied to Homelylights to return for inspection. If the product is indeed defective, we will replace it with a new one. If there is no suitable substitute And we will refund you. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable. If it is found that there is no problem with the product, the product will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

3.Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email.

4. After receiving the goods, pls remove the tape around the box when unpacking, without violent damage, to avoid potential damage to the goods. It is recommended to keep the outer packaging for at least 15 days after receiving the goods. When returning goods, please ensure the integrity of the original packaging and the goods. If there is any reason that affects the secondary sales of the goods, the return and exchange cannot be accepted. All cost of return and tax will be covered by buyer.

5. When receiving the goods, if you find that the outer packaging is damaged, you should immediately contact the local courier to make a complaint and claim, and at the same time take a photo or video as the evidence and inform us . If the buyer fails to follow the above operations , then if the goods are damaged or lost due to courier reasons, the buyer shall take the responsibility.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Homely Lights (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
